Paneer or Farmers Cheese is made from grass fed farm fresh A2 milk which is then curdled and the whey removed to produce a soft, milky delicious cheese. There are some distinct traits that make Paneer the cheese that it is, its unaged and its also a soft non melting cheese. You can eat paneer as a snack, on a biscuit or as a meat substitute in a curry or even in a fresh salad.
